- University degree or similar experience with a focus on IT

Practical experience as Scrum Master or Product Manager in the digital environment- Familiarity with agile mindset & methods (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban)
- Strong conceptual and analytical skills as well as a structured, proactive working approach, solution and service-oriented thinking and action
- Strong background in digital business design and digital business model creation
- Team spirit and proactive approach to achieve goals together
- High resilience, flexibility and a strong willingness to change, especially with regard to agile working methods
- A high level of initiative and very good communication skills
- Very good communication in English and Czech (German is an advantage)
- Occasional travel
